The Role Here's what you'll be doing on a day-to-day basis:
- Converting purchase requisitions into purchase orders, including quality reviews and document checks
- Creating scheduling agreements and maintaining purchase order data across SAP and/or Coupa
- Resolving incoming queries within agreed service levels via a ticketing system
- Tracking order confirmations and deliveries, and escalating issues where required
- Processing invoice workflow exceptions, including price blocks and billing discrepancies
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, vendors, and business partners on procurement matters
- Keeping material master data up to date and managing PO closure processes
What We're Looking For If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you:
- At least one year of procurement experience - fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Fluency in both English and Korean, written and spoken
- Exposure to SAP MM and/or Coupa is a bonus
- Competency across Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- A collaborative mindset and confident communication skills
