Project Details
- Location: Remote in Korea
- Compensation: US$60/hour, paid for confirmed project work once it begins.
- Engagement type: Freelance / Independent Contractor

Who We're Looking For We're looking for depth of expertise, not general familiarity:
- A completed PhD (or ABD near completion) in one of the following fields:
- Social & Behavioral Science (psychology, sociology, anthropology, political science, economics, etc.)
- Humanities (history, philosophy, religious studies, area studies, etc.)
- Arts (art history, performance studies, music, media & cultural studies, etc.)
- Language & Linguistics (Korean language, translation studies, applied linguistics, literature, etc.)
- Native or professional fluency in Korean
- Strong writing and reasoning skills — able to explain nuanced ideas clearly
- Comfort working independently in a remote, deadline-driven setting
What The Work Will Look Like Once confirmed, selected experts will help train and evaluate AI models by:
- Writing, reviewing, and grading responses within their field of expertise
- Assessing AI-generated outputs for accuracy, reasoning, and nuance
- Providing structured, actionable feedback to improve model performance
- Applying doctoral-level judgment to specialized, real-world tasks
