- Develop, enhance, and maintain Kore.ai chatbots & voice bots.
- Work with VXML and IVR contact center technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective bot solutions.
- Ensure high-quality conversational flows and user experience.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely updates.
Experience
- Total Experience: 5+ years
- Relevant Experience: 3+ years in Kore.ai
Mandatory Skills
- Kore.ai bot development
- VXML, IVR, Contact Center
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
