• Support the kitchen team in maintaining stock levels and organizing supplies for smooth service flow
• Help with waste disposal and recycling to uphold cleanliness standards across the kitchen
• Maintain health and safety protocols by adhering to hygiene regulations and cleaning schedules
• Support serving staff during busy service times by providing clean dishes and assisting with basic tasks

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm is key!
