Since 1989, Bagelmania has been the heart and soul of New York-style bagels and mouthwatering deli cuisine in Las Vegas. In 2018, we leveled up—relocating to a stunning 10,000 square-foot space near the Las Vegas Convention Center with seating for 200 and a full bar. - Head Chef Extraordinaire: Show your team how it’s done by demonstrating prep and plating techniques that’ll have customers coming back for more!
- Master of Operations: Keep the kitchen running like a well-oiled machine by handling everything from scheduling and hiring to payroll and training.
- Inventory Guru: You’ll be in charge of keeping the kitchen stocked with fresh ingredients and all the essentials.
- Team Coach: Train, mentor, and lead your team with a positive, upbeat attitude that promotes growth and excitement.
- Cleanliness Pro: Maintain top-notch health and sanitation standards so the kitchen sparkles as much as the food!
- Special Projects Expert: Whether it's catering, to-go orders, or private events, you’ll handle it all with style and finesse.

What You’ll Bring to the Table
- At least 2 years of kitchen leadership experience in a full-service restaurant.
- A love for working nights, weekends, and holidays—because that’s when the magic happens!
- Food Handler’s Card and ServSafe Manager certification (or the ability to get them).
- The ability to keep cool under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills—whether you’re talking to your team or management.
