About This Role
This Kitchen Manager role is for a strong leader who is energized by street food, quality, and building good teams. You will oversee multiple locations, streamline processes, and inspire people to work your way, ensuring consistent quality and experience across all Ron Gastrobar Streetfood locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach kitchen teams at multiple locations
- Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste experience according to the Ron Gastrobar DNA
- Improve and standardize work processes, kitchen logistics, and working methods
- Manage key figures such as food cost, purchasing, waste, and staff planning
- Identify where processes can be better, faster, or more efficient and act immediately
- Train, guide, and develop employees and managers within the kitchen teams
- Ensure a professional, positive, and safe working environment
- Monitor hygiene, HACCP, and other quality standards
- Liaise between different locations and ensure teams learn from each other
- Actively work on the floor when needed: lead by example
Requirements
- Experience in a managerial position within hospitality or foodservice
- Accustomed to managing teams and motivating employees
- Able to switch between multiple locations, teams, and priorities
- Eye for quality and for the figures behind the operation
- Strong in planning, organizing, and improving processes
- Practically oriented and finds it natural to roll up your sleeves
- Communicates clearly and knows how to positively engage people
- Flexible availability within the region
- Affinity with street food and, of course, good food
