Kitchen Manager

About This Role

This full-time Kitchen Manager position in St Louis Park is responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers. The role involves developing menus, ensuring product quality, and maintaining department cleanliness, while also assisting in leading and training employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable, courteous, and efficient service to customers
• Develop daily and weekly menus
• Assist in leading, supervising, coaching, mentoring, and training employees
• Evaluate and ensure product quality and selection
• Maintain cleanliness of the department

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in deli or food service leadership
• Knowledge of financial reporting systems and concepts
• Strong understanding of food preparation and food service operations
• Strong understanding of retail operations
• Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification

• Schedule: Full-time, shifts between 6:00am - 9:00pm
