Job Description
- Menyiapkan bahan dan makanan sesuai dengan resep, Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), serta arahan chef
- Membantu operasional dapur harian, termasuk proses persiapan, memasak, plating, dan penyimpanan makanan
- Menjaga konsistensi rasa, porsi, dan standar penyajian sesuai ketentuan
- Memastikan kebersihan dan kerapihan area kerja serta peralatan dapur
- Menerapkan prosedur keamanan pangan, kebersihan, dan sanitasi secara konsisten
- Mendukung pengelolaan persediaan bahan, termasuk rotasi stok (FIFO) dan penyimpanan yang benar
Job Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK, Diploma, atau Strata di bidang Tata Boga, Perhotelan, atau jurusan terkait
- Memiliki pengalaman 1 tahun di posisi yang sama menjadi nilai tambah
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift, termasuk akhir pekan dan hari libur nasional
