Kitchen Assistant

About This Role

Joining the Sibuya team presents a new opportunity as a Kitchen Assistant, where you will work 20 hours a week at our Sibuya Urban Sushi Bar. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing a great customer experience through the preparation of dishes that meet our standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by preparing dishes according to our standards.
• Support kitchen tasks correctly: mise en place, production, preparation, and cleaning.
• Adhere to quality standards, food safety, cleanliness, and HACCP regulations.

Requirements

• Full availability for split shifts (lunch and dinner) or weekends and holidays.
• Experience in Asian cuisine and agility in cooking is desirable.
• Previous experience in food preparation, cleaning, and managing orders from screens.
• A passion for growth, learning, and contributing in a rock-and-roll style environment.
