Duties

• Support the kitchen team by preparing ingredients and assisting with basic cooking tasks to ensure timely meal service
• Help with food preparation, including chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients according to recipes and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and storing supplies properly
• Assist in serving food to guests or customers in accordance with hygiene protocols and service standards
• Follow food safety regulations diligently to prevent contamination and ensure quality control throughout all stages of meal prep
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to keep the kitchen well-equipped for daily operations
• Support catering events or special functions by preparing and presenting dishes under supervision

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is highly desirable but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards
