About the Role
We are looking for a Key Accounts Supervisor to manage client relationships, support business growth, and lead account management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients
- Develop strategies to achieve sales and business targets
- Identify new business opportunities
- Monitor account performance and client requirements
- Lead and support the account management team
- Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution
- Prepare account reports and performance updates
- Ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field
- Supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Results-oriented and client-focused
