Job Summary
Key Account Manager - PACB: We are looking for a highly driven enterprise sales professional to join the PACB team, responsible for hunting and acquiring large enterprise merchants for Paytms payment gateway and digital payment solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with CXOs and decision-makers, and driving adoption of Paytms payment infrastructure across large online businesses and digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Drive new merchant acquisition by identifying and closing large enterprise opportunities in the payments ecosystem.
- Develop strong relationships with CXOs, founders, and senior stakeholders across large enterprises, startups, and digital-first businesses.
- Pitch Paytms Payment Gateway and Aggregator solutions including Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, BNPL, APIs, and payment orchestration.
- Build and manage a robust enterprise sales pipeline through market mapping, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Work closely with product, integrations, tech, and operations teams to onboard merchants and deliver customized payment solutions.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contracts, and partnership discussions with enterprise clients.
- Understand merchant business models and design payment solutions that drive revenue and customer growth.
- Track industry trends, competition, and market opportunities within the fintech and payments ecosystem.
- Achieve revenue targets, merchant acquisition goals, and payment volume growth for the business.
- Ensure smooth merchant onboarding and integration with Paytms payment infrastructure.
