Key Account Manager | Global Energy & Industrial Solutions
Are you an experienced Key Account Manager with a background in Oil & Gas or industrial manufacturing? We are partnering with a global engineering and industrial leader to find a commercially driven professional to manage two strategic international accounts.
In this high-impact role, you will develop senior-level customer relationships, drive global account strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and identify new business opportunities across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global account growth strategies.
- Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead commercial negotiations, tenders, and contract discussions.
- Coordinate international sales and operational teams.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor account performance, forecasting, and profitability.
- Provide market intelligence and support product innovation.
About You
- 7+ years' experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Sales.
- Background in Upstream Oil & Gas, drilling, completion, subsea equipment, or related industries.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Experience leading global, cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English is essential; additional European languages are advantageous.
