About the Role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager in Goa to manage and grow strategic client accounts. The role will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, addressing client requirements, and driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
The ideal candidate should be commercially driven, proactive in identifying opportunities, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working towards business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of B2B clients in the logistics business.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, escalations, and operational support.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand requirements and improve service quality.
- Drive shipment volume growth from existing accounts.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for additional logistics services.
- Achieve monthly revenue, shipment, and retention targets.
- Support new client onboarding and account activation processes.
- Track shipment movement and resolve delivery-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate account records, MIS reports, and CRM updates.
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-up with clients.
- Work closely with internal departments to meet SLA commitments.
