About the role
Overview:
Responsible for supporting the development, deployment and maintenance of performance improvement methods throughout WakeMed Health and Hospitals. This position, along with others, is responsible for supporting organizational strategic goals and objectives to improve performance in each of the aspirational goal categories. Support is provided by identifying opportunities for process improvement, managing and leading significant cross-departmental projects, and teaching, coaching, and mentoring individuals and project teams in improvement tools and methods such as Lean and Six Sigma.

Lean Preferred
Education:
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration Or Related Field Required - And Bachelor's Degree Engineering Preferred
Experience:
5 Years Performance Improvement Or Healthcare Or Business Operations Or Quality/Process Improvement Required
