Junior Scientist/Scientist - Analytical Research & Development

About This Role

This analytical research and development role involves validating methods, analyzing finished products, and maintaining working standards. It suits a scientist with experience in laboratory operations and documentation within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle analytical method validation of assay and dissolution as per ICH Guidelines
• Be responsible for the analysis of finished products as per STP
• Be responsible for the qualification and maintenance of working standards
• Be responsible for sending samples to external laboratories and receiving reports
• Maintain records/documents for external laboratory services
• Carry out different media studies for dissolution with compilation of results
• Handle regular stability sample analysis
• Operate and regularly maintain stability chambers
• Maintain records and usage logbooks with good knowledge of GLP, GDP, and CGMP
• Be responsible for report preparation after completion of analysis
• Be responsible for generating COAs for working standards and finished products
• Be responsible for protocol-based studies
• Operate and calibrate HPLC with Empower 2 and 3 Software (UV/PDA)
• Operate and calibrate UV-Visible Spectrometer
• Operate and calibrate Dissolution Tester
• Operate and maintain instruments
