Agency specialized in customer relationship marketing (CRM), ADvinci build, collect, enrich and deploy acquisition campaigns and loyalty programs on line. Able to assume full multi-tasks management around the “Data management”, we are able to propose a strong technical and marketing expertise. Fast growing start up, we are now looking to increase our commercial team with a Junior Sales Manager.

Responsabilities

• Develop and manage relationships with new clients
• Deliver the company revenue and profitability objectives, monthly, quarterly and annually through personal effort and with team members
• Track pipeline, develop and communicate accurate forecasts to the Management Team
• Develop and implement business plans to deliver agreed commercial objectives
• Deliver structured market feedback and other required support to meet revenue objectives
• Work with internal and external personnel and clients to ensure flawless advertising campaign executions

Skills & Experience

• Fluent in Flemish, French and a good command of English
• Self-motivated and no nine to five mentality
• Must be results oriented with a positive "can do" attitude
• A first succesfull sales experience in a competitive, strategy-intensive markets will be an asset
• Passion for Technology - understanding of the on line industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to explain technical issues simply and clearly
• Comfortable working in a fast moving and entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Must be PC literate, have excellent organizational, communication, writing, and project management skills.
