Junior Recruiter (2 Month Contract) @Central World

About the role

This is a 2-month contract position (until the 2nd week of November) to support the onboarding of Sales Assistants and Part-Timers within Fashion Retail at CentralWorld Office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and onboarding coordination
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Coordinate with Store Managers, Commercial Management, HRBP, and TA teams
• Manage multiple vacancies and timelines simultaneously
• Minimize candidate drop-off through strong follow-up and candidate management
• Conduct high-volume frontline recruitment for Sales Associates, Cashiers, Visual Commercial, Department Managers, and Store Management positions

About you

• Recruitment experience, preferably within Retail, Fashion, FMCG, Hospitality, or other fast-paced industries
• Hands-on experience in high-volume frontline recruitment
• Strong sourcing capability through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Fast, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working under tight timelines
• Strong follow-up and candidate management skills
• Retail recruitment experience, particularly for Sales Associates, Cashiers, Visual Commercial, Department Managers, and Store Management positions, would be highly preferred
• Available to join ASAP
