Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and contract expenditures to ensure effective cost control and project profitability
- Prepare and submit progress claims and variation orders based on project progress and changes
- Prepare and check Bills of Quantities (BQ) and perform quantity take-offs from drawings
- Review subcontractor and supplier payment claims for accuracy and contract compliance
- Support contractor and supplier selection where required
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, including cost, scope, and timelines
- Maintain project records such as contracts, budgets, variation orders, and reports
- Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to support smooth project delivery
Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying OR related field

Understanding of cost estimation, tender procedures, and contract administration
