SUMMARY: Our well-known client within Bloemfontein, is seeking a Junior IT Intaller to assist their dynamic team!
POSITION INFO: Requirements: National Senior Certificate of equivalent to NQF4. 3 Years experience in an IT Environment. Minimum 2 years exposure in an IT Hardware, Network infrastructure, CCTV and Fibre installation. Valid RSA Driver's Licence with your own reliable transport. Responsibilities: Install, terminate and test AT6, fibre cabling. Mount and connect devices such as cameras, Wi-Fi access points, switches, and network cabinets. Diagnose and repair faults in cabling, devices or system configurations. Pull, route, label and secure cables according to standards and site requirements. Terminate cables in patch panels, cabinets and equipment rooms. Maintain and recording of equipment and stock leevels. Knowledge/Abilities/Competencies: LAN/WAN Infrastructure Installation and troubleshooting Handling of power tools Operating of splicing equipment Interested and trends High Technical aptitude Working at heights Continuous process improvement Proficient in hardware instllation
