Exciting Role for you
- To assist the team in handling Private Equity–related business application (portfolio management system) projects and ad-hoc small requests for both the Hong Kong and overseas offices.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including Microsoft 365, automation tools, and AI-related technologies.
- Work with external vendors and IT specialist and users to coordinate system projects.
- Project management for business applications (fund portfolio & investor reporting systems)
- To ensure the group’s operation is in compliance with the statutory requirements and the policy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration (Information System), Project Management, Computer Science or related disciplines preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and English. Basic Japanese will be an advantage.
- Min. 2 years of experience as IT BA/Project Coordinator
- Professionalism, integrity and strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
- PMP holder is preferred
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Details-oriented and able to work under pressure
