Junior Immigration Legal Executive

We are recruiting for a Junior Legal Executive - Immigration to join a busy and growing immigration team. This is a highly client-facing role , suited to someone who enjoys working directly with clients, managing queries and taking an active role in progressing immigration applications.

You will work closely with clients throughout their immigration journey, providing practical support and ensuring applications are prepared accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and communicating directly with clients to understand their circumstances and requirements.
• Managing day-to-day client queries and providing clear, professional responses.
• Assisting with the preparation and submission of immigration applications.
• Completing application forms and reviewing supporting documentation.
• Liaising with clients to obtain information and documentation required for applications.
• Keeping clients updated on the progress of their matters.
• Assisting with a variety of immigration matters and gaining exposure to different types of applications.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring files are kept up to date.
• Supporting solicitors and senior team members with ongoing immigration matters.

You will ideally have:

• Atleast a year's experience in a legal or professional services environment working in an immigration department.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters.
• A professional and empathetic approach to dealing with clients.
• The ability to work independently while also contributing to a wider team.
• A genuine interest in immigration law and client-focused legal work.
