This role will provide interim coverage across expense management and managed spend operations, ensuring continuity of financial oversight, invoice processing governance, and stakeholder support.

You will:

Expense Management & Reporting

  • Support daily expense tracking and reporting activities
  • Assist in preparing standard and ad‑hoc analysis
  • Maintain data accuracy and reporting consistency across tools and trackers
  • Support financial reconciliation of actuals vs. forecasts

Managed Spend & Invoice Operations

  • Support invoice lifecycle management, including:
  • Invoice review and validation
  • Tracking and ensuring timely submission for payment
  • Monitoring invoice aging and outstanding items
  • Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies with internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Maintain trackers for vendor spend and invoice status
  • Escalate delays, errors, or risks impacting timely payment or reporting

AI-Enabled Workflow & Data Handling

  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Excel automation) to:
  • Automate repetitive reporting tasks
  • Support data cleanup, classification, and trend identification
  • Generate summaries and insights from spend data
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation or simplification
  • Maintain structured datasets that enable scalable reporting and analysis

Process Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain and update existing trackers, templates, and workflows
  • Support small enhancements to improve data quality and efficiency

Assist in documenting standard processes and handoffs

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–3 years’ experience in finance, operations, or business management
  • Experience working with data, reporting, or invoices
  • Strong Excel skills (data manipulation, basic formulas, tracking)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

You may also have:

  • Exposure to expense management, procurement, or invoice processing
  • Familiarity with large datasets or financial systems
  • Experience using AI tools or automation (e.g., Copilot, Excel functions, Power BI basics)
  • Experience working with global teams or stakeholders
