- Conduct regular audits to assess the quality of care, adherence to protocols, and performance metrics.
- Oversee incident reporting and root cause analysis for any adverse events or safety concerns.

- Organize and oversee ongoing education and training for ED staff, ensuring they remain current on the latest clinical practices and technologies.
- Ensure that all ED staff are properly trained in emergency protocols, safety measures, and medical equipment usage.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to ED nurses, doctors, and support staff to enhance their professional skills.
