Job Summary
Estamos buscando al mejor profesional para el puesto de Customer Service Representative, para formar parte del equipo IFF, siendo responsable del proceso de pedidos end to end, garantizando el cumplimiento de entrega de pedidos a tiempo, tanto locales como de exportación, atención de reclamos de los clientes, resolución de problemas operativos, comunicación asertiva y proactiva con los clientes, constante búsqueda de la mejora continua del proceso y trabajo en equipo con las demás áreas de soporte.
El puesto Customer Service Representative tendrá las siguientes responsabilidades:
- Gestionar las órdenes de compra end to end, de clientes locales o de exportación (Desde el ingreso de pedidos al sistema, seguimiento a las áreas de operaciones para lograr entregas en tiempo y forma, brindar asistencia con la información de estatus al cliente, hasta la facturación y despacho).
- Gestionar las solicitudes de los clientes de manera oportuna y con información precisa, coordinando con las áreas de soporte correspondientes.
- Procesar los reclamos en el sistema y hacer el seguimiento, hasta culminar el proceso.
- Ingreso de solicitudes de notas de crédito, retorno de materiales, entre otros.
- Cumplimiento de los KPI's correspondientes al rol asignado.
