Responsibilities:
- Global Reporting: Own and continuously improve financial reporting across our German and international entities.
- System Ownership: Act as key user and administrator for the global reporting platform, ensuring data quality, consistency, and transparency.
- Management Reporting: Prepare KPI reports, analyses, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Business Insights: Perform ad hoc analyses and translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate closely with Controllers across all regions to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Process Improvement: Drive the automation, standardization, and further development of reporting processes and tools.
- Reporting Transformation: Support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of the company's future reporting solution and help shape the next generation reporting landscape.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Experience: Several years of experience in Group Controlling, Financial Reporting, FP&A, or a comparable finance function.
- Controlling Expertise: Strong understanding of financial KPIs, reporting structures, and management reporting processes.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to identify trends, challenge data, and derive meaningful business insights.
- Systems Affinity: Hands-on experience with reporting tools and a strong interest in reporting systems and digitalization.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and practical experience with Power BI or similar analytics solutions.
- Communication & Languages: Comfortable interacting with international stakeholders and preparing presentations for senior management. You communicate confidently in English; German language skills are beneficial.
