What You Will Do:
- Manage the Full Candidate Journey - Post roles, screen CVs, and interview candidates for our healthcare clients.
- Handle Onboarding - Support your candidates through certification and compliance so they're ready to work.
- Book Shifts and Earn Commission - Place your candidates on shifts with our clients, earning commission on every shift booked.
What You Will Have:
- Professional Experience – 2+ years' post-education experience in any field.
- Work Eligibility - EU Passport or Stamp 4 visa, based in or relocating to Dublin.
- Drive - Ambitious, coachable, and motivated by clear targets and results.

Average Total Earnings Year 1 - €45,000+, Year 2: €75,000+
