About this Position

The Business Analyst (BA) plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. They help other functions improve thier processes, services, and software by analysing requirements and providing data‑driven recommendations.
This role has a strong focus on automation solutions provided to functions by the technical automation solutions team, so experience with automation tools (primarily Power Platform) is a mandatory requirement.

What you´ll do

  • Engage with business teams to understand manual processes, pain points, and automation opportunities.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and observations to capture detailed process requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, process definitions, and automation specifications.
  • Clarify edge cases, exceptions, and compliance requirements that affect automated workflows.
  • Design improved automated workflows that reduce manual effort, errors, and processing time.
  • Evaluate feasibility of automation solutions (RPA, workflow engines, low-code tools).
  • Provide ROI and impact assessments to support automation prioritization.
  • Work closely with automation engineers, developers, and architects to align requirements with solution design.
  • Ensure functional clarity for workflow design, data mapping, integrations, and exception handling.
  • Prepare dashboards or reports to support automation outcomes and business decisions.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business informatics, Digital or any relevant study
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner
  • Solid understanding of workflow/process automation concepts.
  • Experience with low‑code/no‑code automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, CoPilot Studio, etc...).
  • Ability to map end‑to‑end processes and identify automation decision points.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems
