Position: Junior Branch Ambassador
Location: Iloilo-Gen. Luna/Ledesma
Job Summary: Responsible for deposit account servicing (deposits, withdrawals, encashments, checkbook reorders, inquiries, etc.), other platform functions, processing of payments, receipts and other monetary transactions, among others.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with their banking needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Process branch transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Promote bank products and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
- Support daily branch operations and contribute to service excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any business-related course.
- Customer service or banking experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work onsite and deliver a superior customer experience.
