About the role
Your Purpose As a Junior Bar Waiter, you will be the key to creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere at our bars and lounges. Your Journey So Far To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
- Proven experience as a Junior Bar Waiter, Bar Waiter, or in a similar role on board a cruise ship or in a high-volume venue.
- Good knowledge of beverage service, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience in maintaining cleanliness, stock control, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- A passion for hospitality and a strong customer-focused mindset.
Your Essentials To join our team, you must have:
- Fluency in English (oral and written); additional languages are an advantage.
- Certification in food and beverage safety and hygiene standards is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a team-oriented approach.
