Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide L2/L3 production support for AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, and Lambda.
- Troubleshoot complex issues using tools like CloudWatch, Log Analysis, and Performance Tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to application deployments on Kubernetes clusters.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for service disruptions and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, Lambda Expressions etc.
- Strong understanding of Python programming language and its applications in scripting tasks.
- Experience with PostgreSQL database management system for query optimization and performance tuning.
