  • Shift: Day Shift (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM AEST), Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek

Accounts Payable Experience

  • 2 to 3 years of Accounts Payable experience or a similar finance role
  • Experience in a high-volume invoice processing environment
  • Experience with invoice processing, PO matching, and supplier reconciliations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to process high volumes of transactions accurately

Systems & ERP Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems
  • Experience with NetSuite, preferred
  • Experience with comparable ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP, also considered

Professional Skills & Attributes

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach

Your Daily Tasks

Invoice Processing & Payments

  • Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding, PO matching, and required approvals.
  • Assist with payment runs and follow up on outstanding approvals and invoices.
  • Follow established Accounts Payable, purchase order, and payment controls and escalate issues to the Senior AP Officer.

Supplier Account Management

  • Maintain accurate supplier accounts and respond to supplier queries.
  • Complete supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate Accounts Payable records and supporting documentation.

Month-End & Cash Flow Support

  • Support Accounts Payable month-end activities, including reconciliations and accruals.
  • Provide Accounts Payable information for the weekly cash flow forecast, including upcoming supplier payments.

Process & Systems Improvement

  • Support improvements to Accounts Payable processes and systems.
