Our client's products reach over 10 million patients worldwide, that is why we are supporting them in looking for a Jr. Support engineer supporting the shop floor in the European distribution and packaging areas.
Contract Length: 12 months (possibility of renewal)
Attendance: fully on site – 40h per week
Salary Range: €3600 - 3900 EUR/gross a month
NO RELOCATION AND NO VISA SPONSORSHIP
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of new technology solutions to improve manufacturing reliability and efficiency.
- Support operating system and application patching or update activities on the shopfloor.
- Deliver IT equipment to end users, Production, and Warehouse teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot technology systems to ensure continuous operation.
- Document and train staff on new technology processes and systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to support the manufacturing business.
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset to optimize processes and systems.
Requirements:
- HBO/bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 0-3 years of experience in information technology within a manufacturing company, information technology, or operations technology environment.
- Understanding of IT application management and ITIL with hands-on mentality.
