About the role
We are seeking a Junior Paid Media Analyst to support the execution, reporting, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns for a leading entertainment-focused organization. This role is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented professional who enjoys transforming campaign data into actionable insights, collaborating across teams, and supporting marketing performance in a fast-paced environment. The Basics Duration: Approximately 9 months Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ETLocation: Fully onsite, 5 days per week in New York, NY Top 3 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in a paid media analyst or similar digital marketing analytics role
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms and ad serving tools, including Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, DV360, CM360, and mobile measurement platforms such as Kochava
- Strong reporting and analytical skills using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Looker, or Data Studio, with experience creating dashboards and synthesizing data from multiple sources
Other Qualifications Understanding of digital paid media metrics, attribution methodologies, and campaign performance benchmarks. Experience with web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities. Experience supporting media, entertainment, digital subscription, or app marketing initiatives is preferred.Key Responsibilities
- Analyze paid media campaign performance and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Conduct quality assurance on campaign data and validate reporting inputs to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Support data aggregation and reporting processes across multiple marketing channels and platforms
- Monitor and enforce campaign naming conventions and data governance standards
- Develop clear, user-friendly visualizations and dashboards for marketing stakeholders
- Provide recommendations related to audience targeting, channel mix, partner performance, and budget allocation
- Partner with business intelligence and data engineering teams to improve reporting workflows and marketing effectiveness
- Communicate complex data insights to marketing teams and other non-technical stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner
- Support ongoing optimization efforts to drive campaign performance and business outcomes
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
