About This Role
This plumbing service technician role is for a licensed journeyman plumber who excels at diagnosing problems, recommending solutions, and earning customer trust. Responsibilities
- Diagnose residential plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Repair leaks, valves, fixtures, and piping systems
- Install and replace plumbing fixtures and components
- Troubleshoot water pressure and flow issues
- Explain options and pricing clearly so customers can make informed decisions
- Complete work efficiently, safely, and professionally
- Maintain accurate job records and communicate with dispatch
- Protect customer property and take ownership of workmanship
Requirements
- Active Washington PL04 Residential Service, PL02 Residential, or PL01 Journey Level certification, with work assigned within your authorized scope
- Strong experience in residential service plumbing
- Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
- Professional communication and confidence presenting customer solutions
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls from diagnosis through completion
- Reliability, sound judgment, and pride in doing the job right
- Drive to produce strong results and increase earnings while maintaining quality and customer trust
