About This Role
This role is for a Journeyman Plumber to join a growing installation team, focusing on designing and installing water purification equipment for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate is personable, service-oriented, and has excellent communication skills, providing prompt attention and careful follow-through for customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform site surveys and installation planning
- Install Bluedrop equipment including water filtration systems, water softeners, and reverse osmosis systems
- Collaborate with Bluedrop operations, service, and sales teams
- Maintain company vehicle according to policy and procedures
- Follow through on customer commitments
- Ensure the management, maintenance, and security of company assets including inventory, equipment, vehicles, and machinery
- Assist with training other members of the team
- Prioritize safety to keep injury-free and compliant with regulations and company safety policies
- Support growth and development within your division through mentorship, training, and exposure to other services and business functions
Requirements
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade
- Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and follow plumbing and electrical schematics
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Must have a MA State Journeyman Plumbers License
- Valid Driver
- A HS Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of plumbing experience
