Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and optimize automated customer journeys for acquisition and engagement campaigns
- Partner with strategy, product, engineering, and business teams to execute multi-channel lifecycle marketing initiatives
- Translate business objectives into scalable customer journey and marketing automation strategies
- Configure and manage campaigns using CRM and enterprise marketing automation platforms
- Monitor campaign execution to ensure operational accuracy, successful delivery, and platform integrity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5–7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement operations
- Experience building, launching, and optimizing customer acquisition and engagement campaigns
- Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), Braze, Oracle Responsys, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex operational challenges
