No catch. One requirement: you have to actually be the kind of coach we can back:

• **Structured.** You track your clients, plan your sessions and follow systems that work.

• **Coachable.** You take feedback without making excuses or getting defensive.

• **Consistent.** You show up the same way on the hard days as the easy ones.

• **Accountable.** You own your mistakes, fix them, and do not blame the gym, the client or the weather.

That standard rules some people out, and that is fine. We want trainers who want to get great at this.

Clients are booked and confirmed before you arrive, the paperwork is handled, and your weekly mentoring just helped you sign five new ongoing members. You spend your day coaching, not chasing, and your income keeps climbing.
