Are you tired or dealing with Fryers, Grills, and Grease? Our kitchen has no fryers grills or grease. We Open at 10am and close at 9pm, so no more late nights! We are hiring RELIABLE hard working individuals. As an assistant manager/Shift Leader, you will be trained to become the GM. We have 5 stores in the area, and plenty of room to grow. Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the food production, catering, and bartending departments
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate and supervise staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company standards
- Assist in training and development of new employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of events and services
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role. QSR Preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
