Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and serve sandwiches according to company standards while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Handle a high volume of customer orders with a sense of urgency, ensuring timely service during busy lunch hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, work station, and kitchen equipment.
- Manage cash register operations accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
- Bring enthusiasm, personality, and a positive attitude to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume setting.
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work during lunch hours, especially between 10 AM and 3 PM.
