Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble fresh ingredients to ensure quick service and high-quality sandwiches.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently.
- Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including food prep areas, dining space, and kitchen equipment, adhering to food safety standards.
- Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with precision.
- Assist in serving customers at the counter, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support food safety practices by following sanitation protocols, proper food handling procedures, and maintaining a safe environment for all team members.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude!
- Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and inventory management.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food safety knowledge or certification is a plus; training will be provided if needed.
- Retail or grocery store experience is beneficial but not mandatory; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow their skills.
