We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support daily restaurant operations, lead staff, and ensure our guests receive top-notch service. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, hospitality, and leadership, with experience managing teams in a quick service or fast food environment.
<Responsibilities>
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Support staff training and development to uphold company standards in food quality and customer service.
- Manage inventory control, including stock ordering, rotation, and minimizing waste.
- Supervise food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices to maintain high standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all areas of the restaurant.
- Lead shift management by coordinating team schedules and resolving operational issues promptly.
<Skills>
- Proven experience in food preparation, kitchen management, or restaurant supervision.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in staff training and development.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
- Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and food safety protocols effectively.
- Experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly desirable; hospitality or fine dining experience is a plus.
