Javascript Developer

About This Role

This role involves providing technology consulting to both external customers and internal project teams, focusing on the creation and delivery of technology solutions that meet business needs. The developer will also be responsible for understanding customer businesses and maintaining effective relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams
• Provide technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions
• Understand customers’ businesses
• Create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of leading-edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge
• Actively contribute to Client’s solutions portfolio by providing technical knowledge and methodologies
• Shape technical direction and technical strategies within the organization and for external customers
• Be accountable for consistent and significant chargeability levels and for assisting in meeting or exceeding revenue and customer satisfaction goals
• Contribute to organization’s profitability by generating and cultivating new business opportunities and by providing technical support for deal proposal development

Requirements

• Experience with server-side development with Object Oriented Languages such as Java/PHP/C#/Ruby/Python
• Expert level of JS/jQuery/AJAX/CSS3/HTML5
• Solid understanding of SQL RDBMS and data structures
• Experience with JS code refactoring and enhancing code modularity
• Experience developing code in one or more of the following Frameworks: Angular.js, Backbone.js, Knockout.js, etc.
• Experience with responsive web design layouts and the best ways to implement them
• Well-versed in modern web standards and best practices
