About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Professional to join our team in the role of Workforce Solutions Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their staffing needs, and providing tailored workforce solutions. You will play a vital role in identifying top talent, coordinating recruitment efforts, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruiting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop customized workforce solutions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for each role.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
• Maintain and update candidate and client databases to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor industry trends and market conditions to advise clients on competitive compensation and hiring strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies during recruitment and placement activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve staffing processes and candidate experience.
• Report on recruitment metrics and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
