Java Spring Boot Trainer

About This Role

This training role is for an enthusiastic and technically strong candidate who is passionate about software development and teaching. The Java Spring Boot Trainer will conduct technical training sessions and workshops, guiding students through projects and providing feedback. The role suits freshers with strong fundamentals and relevant projects, or candidates with up to three years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code
• Work on practical development tasks, debugging, problem-solving, and project implementation
• Prepare hands-on exercises, coding assignments, project demonstrations, and learning materials
• Conduct technical training sessions, workshops, and live coding demonstrations
• Explain technical concepts clearly using practical examples
• Guide students through projects, review assignments, and provide technical feedback
• Continuously improve technical skills and keep up with relevant tools, frameworks, and industry practices

Requirements

• Hands-on knowledge of Core Java, Object-Oriented Programming, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SQL databases
• Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming
• Collections, exception handling, and Java 8+ features
• Spring Boot and REST API development
• SQL and databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Basic understanding of database integration and CRUD operations
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub
• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience can apply
• B.Tech, B.E., MCA, or a relevant qualification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred
• Candidates must demonstrate practical skills in at least one specified technical track
• Prior teaching experience is not compulsory
• Candidates should be comfortable delivering practical demonstrations and guiding learners
