Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and support enterprise applications
Deliver assigned user stories, enhancements, features, and defect fixes within committed timelines
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Participate in sprint planning, grooming, development, testing, deployment, and support activities
Ensure high-quality code through testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices
Participate in technical design and solution discussions
Contribute to platform enhancement and modernization initiatives
Troubleshoot application and production issues
Identify opportunities for automation, performance improvement, and technical debt reduction
Support platform stability, reliability, and operational excellence efforts
Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and Engineering teams
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies
Communicate progress, blockers, risks, and dependencies proactively
Collaborate effectively across distributed teams
Independently own and deliver assigned features and user stories
