Recruit AI is seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on software development experience to join its technology team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and Oracle database management. Additionally, the candidate should possess practical experience in front-end development using Angular and be capable of designing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to enterprise-level application development using modern technologies.
The Java Developer will focus on full software development lifecycle activities including designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions. The role requires working closely with business analysts, quality assurance engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver robust applications and integrate RESTful and SOAP web services. Experience or interest in AI solution integration and DevOps practices is advantageous. This position requires working onsite in Lahore and offers a competitive monthly salary along with opportunities for career growth and exposure to cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software applications using Java and associated technologies.
- Create robust applications based on Core Java, Spring Boot framework, and Microservices architecture.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful and SOAP-based web services and APIs to support application functionality.
- Apply object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, coding standards, and industry best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Develop and optimize Oracle database solutions, including writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and performing data modeling.
- Develop and maintain front-end components and integrations using Angular, JavaScript, JSON, and related frameworks.
- Participate actively in application testing, debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable, high-performing software.
- Analyze technical requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective and scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to define, design, and deliver new software features.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and production defects promptly to minimize system downtime.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering application design, development processes, APIs, and database configurations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including enhancing development processes, coding standards, and application architecture.
- Where appropriate, support integration and implementation efforts for AI-based solutions within existing applications and business workflows.
- Maintain awareness of technology trends and advancements and incorporate relevant innovations to improve system performance and scalability.
