Rite of Passage Team operates The Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center (AJATC), a secure residential program for at-risk male and female youth. Located on 110 acres just outside of Little Rock, AR, AJATC promotes a normalized high school experience, offers a safe environment, and provides opportunities for positive change, as well as providing unlimited potential for achievement and growth for students and staff. The campus features residential student dormitories, an on-site school and library, a vocational training program, a chapel, a gymnasium, medical facilities, and an outdoor recreation area. The company has been improving the lives of youth for 40 years.
