Janitor

About This Role

This full-time janitor role involves maintaining the cleanliness and order of office and industrial building premises and work areas. The position is suitable for an experienced individual who can operate power equipment and handle physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Maintain premises and work areas of offices and industrial buildings
• Use janitorial supplies
• Maintain restroom areas
• Remove garbage
• Maintain industrial batteries
• Maintain battery area cleanliness
• Maintain general building cleanliness
• Perform a combination of dusting furniture, walls, fixtures, or equipment
• Sweep, scrub, mop, wax, or buff floors
• Remove refuse
• Polish furniture, fixtures, or trimmings
• Provide janitorial supplies
• Clean lavatories, showers, or restrooms

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1+ year of experience performing janitorial services
• Experience operating power equipment

Important Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, start times of 8am and 10am (40 hour work week)
