工作职责

参与项目范围、进度、成本、质量、团队、沟通、风险等各项项目管理工作；

调研客户IT运维服务需求，分析和梳理客户IT服务流程现状和需求；

设计IT运维服务管理解决方案和服务流程；

进行ITSM系统配置和客户化设计；
-
编写培训课件，开展用户培训；

客户服务与支持；
任职要求
-
大学本科及以上学历；二年及以上IT咨询工作经验；
-
计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业；
-
优秀的逻辑思维能力和沟通表达能力；
-
良好的团队协作意识；
-
有国ITSM软件产品实施经历，有中大型企业IT运维服务经验者优先；
-
有ITIL V3/ITIL 4相关证书者优先；
-
有SaaS企业服务产品相关经验者优先。
